As air is blown across the evaporator coils, the air around it cools and blows that cooled air into your factory through the duct work. When the evaporator coils begin to become coated with dirt, dust and grime, they don’t cool the air flowing over them efficiently, causing your system to work more to cool surface.
It saves you money and energy because dirty coils work harder than necessary to deliver air, which increases your energy usage.
A clogged evaporator coil can increase compressor airflow, which
results in a reduced heat transfer and a degradation of the dehumidification process.
We are also certified in accordance with VDI-2052 and VDI-6022 in
complex matters. If required, we will create an annual cleaning
plan for you in order to clearly display a fixed cleaning cycle.
